Ajay Hans Raj Bhatia
Ajay Bhatia, a distinguished businessman, led and established the growth of IHC's healthcare and digital division. As a leader and CEO of several subsidiaries of IHC, he has orchestrated numerous investments and acquisitions on a global scale, solidifying the company's position in the competitive market.
Foremost, Ajay is the Chief Executive Officer of Sirius International Holding, a subsidiary of IHC, where he has been instrumental in charting the organization's path since its inception in November 2022. Under his leadership, Sirius International Holding has flourished, boasting an impressive portfolio of 20+ subsidiaries focused on digital transformation solutions, technology, and strategic investments in green technology. Ajay is continuously working on strengthening Sirius International Holding’s position in the UAE and internationally as one of the leading investment companies in technology, digital innovations and solutions.
Furthering his dedication to advancing technology, Ajay spearheaded Quantlase Lab, a hub for research and innovation within the quantum field.
Beyond his business pursuits, Ajay actively participates in a non-profit educational society that provides quality education in India, contributing to the empowerment of future generations.

Huy Nguyen Trieu
Huy Nguyen Trieu is a trailblazer in finance, technology, and disruptive business models, renowned for his pioneering insights on Fintech and the future of work. His career spans entrepreneurship, senior banking roles, and academia, giving him a broad and unique perspective on how technology reshapes industries. As co-founder of CFTE (Centre for Finance, Technology, and Entrepreneurship), Huy brings together diverse voices from business, academia, policy, and entrepreneurship to prepare global leaders for a rapidly evolving economy.
Huy’s career has bridged many worlds, from senior roles at Citi and Royal Bank of Scotland, to CEO of the tech start-up Ukibi and Associate Fellow at Oxford Said Business School and Industry Fellow at Imperial College. Recognised as one of the earliest to analyse Fintech’s transformative impact, Huy co-created the Oxford Fintech Programme and pioneering courses at Hong Kong University and Imperial College London, equipping hundreds of thousands of professionals with the tools to navigate a world of tech-driven finance. Huy is also a As a founding partner of Supercharger, Asia’s largest Fintech accelerator, set up toHuy has helped start-ups innovate in one of the world’s fastest-growing markets. His extensive global network spans regulators, policymakers, corporations, and start-ups across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the United States, giving him unmatched insight into the interplay between technology, business, and regulation.

Dame Alison Rose
Dame Alison Rose has joined the ADI Foundation as Council Member and Advisor, bringing over 30 years of experience in banking, digital innovation, and purpose-led transformation.
An entrepreneurial leader and former CEO of NatWest Group, Dame Alison Rose made history as the first woman to lead a major UK bank. She championed cultural reform, advanced sustainable finance, and spearheaded initiatives supporting female entrepreneurship.
Under her leadership, NatWest underwent a strategic transformation—accelerating digital innovation, generating strong capital returns, and delivering over £10.3 billion to shareholders.
In recognition of her contributions to the financial sector, she was appointed Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire (DBE) in 2023.

Sitoyo Lopokoiyit
Sitoyo Lopokoiyit is the Chief Executive Officer of M-PESA Africa, which develops and drives partnerships in the Fintech ecosystem. He supports the M-Pesa Platform development with continuous innovation and oversees the growth of M-Pesa.
M-PESA is Africa’s largest fintech providing transformational financial services to more than 60 million active customers and over $1.1 billion transacted daily with a revenue of $1.5billion, 5 million businesses across eight African markets including Kenya, Tanzania, Mozambique, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Lesotho, Ethiopia and Ghana.
He is a passionate, energetic, and easy-going leader. Prior to his current position, Sitoyo held executive leadership roles at Safaricom Plc in Kenya and Vodacom in Tanzania, overseeing M-PESA in both countries where he delivered major innovations that revolutionised the global money space and drove financial inclusion.
In Kenya, he led M-PESA to achieve double digit growth at over 19% year-on-year, delivering revenues of over $700 million and major innovations including the M-PESA Super App, Fuliza – the world’s first mobile contextual overdraft, M-Shwari – a savings and loans proposition, M-PESA Global – an affordable remittance solution across 200 markets including partnerships with PayPal and Ali Express.
In Tanzania, he drove the growth and uptake of M-PESA, becoming the second largest market in Africa behind Kenya.

Segun Ogusanya
Dr. Segun Ogunsanya is the former Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Airtel Africa PLC, a leading telecommunications and mobile money services provider operating in 14 African countries. Under his leadership, Airtel Africa grew into the fastest-growing and most profitable telecommunications company on the continent, with a turnover of approximately $5 billion and listings on both the London Stock Exchange and the Nigeria Stock Exchange.
A seasoned leader with over 35 years of experience, Dr. Ogunsanya has worked across multiple industries, including telecoms, consulting, banking, and FMCG, holding key executive roles at Airtel, The Coca-Cola Company, and Ecobank.
Before leading Airtel Africa, he served as Managing Director/CEO of Airtel Nigeria (2012-2021), where he repositioned the company to become the second-largest telecom operator by revenue, serving over 50 million customers. Earlier in his career, he was the first Black African CEO of several Coca-Cola bottling operations, including Ghana, Kenya, and Nigeria, overseeing billion-dollar operations and driving market expansion.
Beyond his corporate achievements, Dr. Ogunsanya has been recognized with numerous accolades, including the Lifetime Achievement Award (2024) and African Business Leader of the Year (2021). He currently serves as:

Guillaume Tenant de La Tour
Guillaume Tenant de La Tour is CEO of the ADI Foundation (ADI), an Abu Dhabi based non-profit organization dedicated to helping governments connect with trusted partners to advance digital transformation and blockchain worldwide. ADI [is the philanthropic arm of] Sirius International Holding, a global holding company driving digital transformation and sustainable solutions through disruptive technologies as part of The International Holding Company (IHC), a $243B-plus private holding company accounting for 19% of MENA’s total stock market capitalization in the UAE.
Guillaume holds over 30 years of CEO experience driving digital transformation across both traditional finance and blockchain technology. He brings a rare ability to bridge these two worlds – combining decades of expertise building and leading companies operating in highly regulated corporate environments like BlueFox in media environment, INTA and ALTIOR in telecom.
Prior to joining ADI, Guillaume served as the Group Digital Officer at Credit Agricole SA, the largest financial institution in Europe, where he led large-scale digital transformation initiatives in tokenization and traditional banking technology like some fund tokenization project for AMUNDI, Insurance Tokenization for PACIFICA, and some stablecoins projects.
An accomplished entrepreneur, Guillaume has founded seven successful ventures including BlueFox IO, an award-winning IoT startup recognized as “Best Silicon Valley Startup” in 2018, as well as BlueFox Content ( number 1 global content provider for Digital out of home acquiredacquired by Captivate, and INTA Ouest acquired by ALTEN, and many others
He holds a postgraduate degree from the Ecole Nationale Superieure Agronomique de Rennes and a certificate in Cryptocurrency and Blockchain from MIT. He is fluent in both English and French and is also a proud father of four boys.
With his rare blend of corporate vision, startup agility, and global perspective, Guillaume is uniquely positioned to lead the ADI Foundation’s mission of leveraging blockchain to drive inclusive, transparent and impactful innovation across the MENA region and beyond.
